My favorite kind of project is: a messy one. Good, smart, and kind people who care a lot can sometimes get themselves and their organizations into a pickle. I love pickles! And yes, I like them on sandwiches. But I also love helping people out of their metaphorical pickle. It comes from a belief that there is always a way out - we just have to find it. Everyone - and I mean everyone - has a valuable role to play in working through it. Sometimes folks just need a little help.

People come to me for: Help with businesses, problems or teams in the 'messy middle' stage - after product-market fit has been found and while a growth playbook is being developed

People come to me for: Women come to me to help them master their nonprofit leadership role, they are curious to discern their thought and behavior patterns which get in the way of their success. They want to improve their relationship with their boss (whether that is an individual or a board or directors) and empower their staff to be reliable decision-makers. Lastly they want more strategies to get out of a reactive loop and gain healthy work/life balance.
