My favorite kind of project is:
one that is big, messy, important, and needs someone to bring it all together to make it go. It's one that afterwards people are excited to go DO because it's going to have a meaningful impact and we are excited to try out our design.

down-to-earth, well-intentioned people who can work hard, shoot straight and laugh at dumb stuff.

relaxing on sunny afternoon with my wife, my kids, friends -- and my phone put away.

Chris’ favorite compliment of all time came from the city’s education official who called him "the best executor” - and his coaching analogies make the MOST sense. Not sure we need to say much more - and he’s someone who makes things happen!
