We do the deep dive to understand your current reality, then create actionable plans you can either implement yourself or that we implement together.

This is our most common model. You get us as an ongoing resource—the partner you text when you're stuck. We become the person who helps you prep for tough conversations, drafts materials so you can focus on leading, and think through whatever Is most pressing.
What this looks like:
Regular strategic sessions (usually 2-4 times per month) plus responsive support between meetings
Hands-on help with whatever's most pressing: fundraising strategy and execution, annual planning and implementation, executive coaching and leadership development, materials development and proposal writing, team structure and hiring support, etc.
Flexible scope that adapts to your needs—sometimes we're drafting pitch decks, sometimes we're coaching through delegation challenges, sometimes we're building your fundraising pipeline
Investment: Typically $5K-12K/month
Most clients start around $5-7K/month for weekly sessions plus responsive support
Higher end ($10-12K) is for organizations needing more intensive hands-on execution or multiple workstreams
We can start smaller and scale as the partnership grows
