A real agenda you can use for a more involved Team Reset.
Sometimes a simple “Hey I noticed XYZ. The expectation is ABC” is enough for a reset. Other times, you might need a full day to reset your team. When would I use this?
You're planning a team reset and want to understand what's actually breaking down before you bring everyone together
