I love working with thoughtful, high-integrity humans who care deeply about impact and are willing to look at themselves and their context candidly. I especially like folks who take the work seriously, but not themselves, who can laugh in the middle of chaos, stay curious under pressure, and find joy / hilarity even when things are imperfect.
My fave ways to find joy + ease:
Hiking and long walks with my dog. Lifting heavy shit. Laughing with my husband. Long meals with friends. Reading absolute nonsense on Kindle Unlimited. Playing silly, low-stakes games with my kids..like taco cat goat cheese pizza. Y'all - I figure skate, too...but honestly, it's hard AF.

Every time we talk to Leah, we leave the conversation equal parts inspired and relaxed. Leah is that rare combination of a highly effective, highly impactful individual who also has the ability to lower the temperature of high-stakes situations so that a plan can be made to address it.
