I’m a strategic thought partner who understands the reality of leading today while building tomorrow's organization with yesterday's systems. I help leaders reclaim their agency and lead with intention—turning big concepts and messy challenges into practical habits, systems, and action steps.
My background? 15 years in international development and workforce development—most recently chairing a board and leading research and evaluation teams—before shifting to coaching and consulting full-time.

My clients are lifelong learners in dynamic, evolving environments—often managing growing teams, leading complex, cross-functional projects, or implementing ambitious strategic plans. They're ready to manage people and work with greater clarity, confidence, and intention. I especially love supporting leaders to navigate up, down, and sideways politics with greater confidence and skill.
My fave ways to find joy + ease:
Photographing birds is my latest hobby and helps me find presence while learning a ton—both about the birds and how to operate the camera!
Reading, reading, reading: I read 80+ books in 2025. Fifteen were leadership-related, 60+ were novels of different genres, the rest were memoirs and other non-fiction
I love cooking new plant-based recipes (using recipes more for inspiration than as instructions!)
