My favorite kind of project is:

1. Supporting, coaching and developing leaders

2. Rethinking strategy, aligning organizational focus and performance on priorities, and situational consultations

I love working with:

Good people on a meaningful mission while building trusting relationships. AND having some fun along the way when you can too.

*I picked a direction and just started walking. I found myself at the top of Diamond Head Crater in Honolulu.*

My fave ways to find joy + ease:

Simple things: being in the now (well, maybe simple but not easy), wandering bike rides or walks, reading a book, and dark roast coffee.

Why Helia loves Mike:

Jess worked with Mike for about two years - he was a Regional Executive Officer with seven VERY different EDs in VERY different regions reporting in - and all at a time when the organziation was very much figuring things out. They both started around the same time and Mike’s direct + honest approach coupled with a DEEPLY HUMAN way of looking at the world, common sense, adaptability and sense of humor (the laughs!) left her a life long fan.
