I love working with:

People who are committed to the same values and mission as me. People who laugh loudly and get stuff done.

My 8 year old makes my favorite initial bracelet. Sage is the middle name (Jesse Sage Noonan!)

My fave ways to find joy + ease:

Yoga, even 20 minutes will do it, a long dinner with friends, a hike with a podcast.

Why Helia loves Jesse:

Jesse is one of the most BRILLIANT managers and team leaders Jess ever had the chance to work with. Watching her grow and scale a program with a team that represented a wide array of our world (experience, background, interest, role) and doing so with heart and clarity - while always raising her hand to take on more - was a JOY!!!!.
