Taking an informal, messy idea or process and operationalizing it - in a way that makes a better experience org wide - and saves folks time and headaches.
I love working with:
Small, nimble organizations working to scale programs, formalize processes, document knowledge, and grow their team. AND I love working with individuals who need help career planning or negotiating compensation and benefits.
Proud auntie to many little squishy humans.
My fave ways to find joy + ease:
Gardening with my pup in tow, reading, or shaking my tush in a dance class.

Sophia brings the heart AND the how! Hearing her talk about how she approaches a challenge, how she thinks about partnership, how she helps orgs - it is a YES! She gets really practical in the details of what makes sense and how to approach, gives tangible advice on how to make that happen (e.g. where to post for roles in a targeted way, specific details to include in a JD, etc.) - and in the same moment, explains why this matters and what difference it will make. A doer with values that we’re really excited about and aligned with!
I'm a foodie through and through. A good meal won't stay in my belly long, but it will be in my memory forever!
