My favorite kind of project is…

People come to me for gaining clarity, connecting dots and conversations, and being a creative problem solver that gets things done. I also see myself as a professional pep talk giver - we need more of those in our lives.

I love working with:

I love working with people who are doing deep and meaningful work, helping to provide system and tools that make work more easeful, and have needs that span the gambit of organizational needs.

I love making candles out of random vessels and seeing how much stuff I can add to them.

My fave ways to find joy + ease:

Being creative and tactile. I love finding my creativity in unexpected places, like building a spreadsheet - I can spend hours doing that. Just like I can spend hours learning Spanish ( it’s been a fun and long journey!) knitting, painting, or making candles.

Why Helia loves Dianna:

Jess has known Dianna for 10+ years now, connecting as humans that loved and worked in Oakland who got to work (Dianna) and volunteer (Jess) to support small businesses. Dianna has this beautiful direct way of just telling it like it is - with an open heart, an abundant and growth mindset AND boundaries that we can all aspire to. When she speaks, we all listen and she consistently moves things forward in ways that not only make things happen but that we can also all feel good about!

I love traveling! Our last international trip was to Morocco and it was amazing.
