My favorite kind of project is…
Taking a big, tangled vision and shaping it into something real, beautiful, and deeply human - whether it’s designing a healing-centered nature retreat, reimagining a staffing plan to build capacity, creating an art installation that sparks connection, or growing a community garden that feeds more than just bellies.
I love working with:
I love working with people who care deeply, dream big, and roll up their sleeves - community builders, artists, changemakers, and youth advocates who ask “What if we do this differently?” Especially those who focus on systems and solutions, and love using whatever tools are at hand to make good work even better.

My fave ways to find joy + ease:
Long walks with an audiobook, fur baby snuggles, designing and being in nature-centered spaces, laughing with my partner Alex (aka Santa — that’s a whole other story!), cooking for loved ones, and figuring things out, big or small.

Diane is the Deputy Director of Peace4Kids, an incredible organization in Los Angeles supporting current and former foster youth and defining what community means in ways that we can all be inspired by! She brings a serious love for technology and trying new tools with a deep humanity and a “can build/do” anything approach that makes her an incredible human to partner with /have on your team!
