When a Toolkit Isn’t Enough
These resources give you the structure and the questions. What they can’t do is remove your proximity from the process — and sometimes that proximity is exactly the problem. When people aren’t sure how their feedback will land with the person asking, they hold back. When leadership has a stake in the outcome, it can be hard to see the findings clearly.
If you want truly independent findings — the kind your whole organization can trust — having someone outside run the process makes a real difference.
