What Sessions Look Like
90-minute sessions – monthly OR bi-monthly. We start with a survey and an inaugural session to ground in relationships and co-design around the group’s most pressing needs. From there, our regular sessions follow a consistent rhythm:
Welcome & Grounding (10 min)
Create space for presence and connection
Peer Check-in & Support (20 min)
A facilitated check-in questions helps each person get to the crux of what’s going on in their world and where they need help
Peer Consultancy Deep Dive (45 min)
We go deep on a group-identified topic using a guided protocol: 1-2 members share their real-life work challenges and receive peer wisdom, ideas, recommendations, and tools to help them work through it
Offers + Requests (15 min)
Everyone can offer resources + ideas + opportunities to the group AND request anything they need (e.g., meeting space, budget spreadsheets, CPA recommendations, etc.)
Closing (5 min)
Reflection and gratitude
We carve time before and after each session for optional and informal connecting over coffee and a light breakfast. This is where that professional batphone gets built. In total, our monthly sessions are 2.5 hours with 90 minutes of supported time. Post-session, Helia compiles wisdom, insights, and tools for the group.
