Cindy finds joy + ease in
Depending on my mind state, I really love finding solitude in nature. That could be sitting on a beach with my eyes closed and taking in the heightened senses that take over. That’s probably my favorite because i intently focus on the feel of the sun on my face, how the sand squishes under my feet, the smell of the salt water wafting through my nose, and the sounds of the waves that beckons my breathing to join in on the same cadence of movement.
