Natalie Bergstrasser

My favorite kind of project is…

Walking alongside organizations with a big, meaningful vision—especially those navigating growth or complexity. I find it energizing to turn a swirl of ideas into something clear and actionable. I love helping strategy take shape: translating vision into action and building systems that offer steady ground for teams to move forward together. It’s so rewarding to be there in the moments when a team looks around and says, “Yes. This is possible.”

I love working with:

People who lead with conviction and compassion—who show up, wrestle with complexity, and build things that bring good into the world. I’m grateful for the chance to work with people who see things differently than I do—who bring their own wisdom, discipline, and sense of direction to the work. I’m forever drawn to the visionaries and bridge-builders, the ones with the audacity to try something new, and the grit to build the path as they go.

When your influencer friend insists on a mini photo shoot with ice cream in hand, you say “yes.”

My fave ways to find joy + ease:

I find joy and steadiness in remembering that my faith—and practicing faithfulness—go hand in hand. I delight in novelty, singing out loud, and finding wildflowers. In reading, hiking, or pausing to see if the mountains are out today. In being with my best-friend-of-a-husband and the three small humans we get to guide as they grow up. And in showing up—for my community, for strangers, and for the work (the gift) of helping bring good into the world.

Why Helia loves Natalie:

We met Natalie when she took her “pandemic job” as a part-time grant writer at Think of Us that then evolved into her having her hands in SO many things (communications, project management, research, fundraising, UX - and more!). In other words, Natalie is a doer!!!! Her love of making things easier and more possible coupled with her experience as a human, social worker and work in both local and national contexts makes her an incredible partner in strategy AND implementation.

Our family gets a fresh cut Christmas tree every year! This time, we cut it and brought it down the mountain ourselves. An adventure to say the least!

Work with me!

If you have a big, meaningful vision and need thoughtful, strategic support to bring it to life, I’d be honored to come alongside your team. Whether it’s connecting vision to action, building the systems to carry it out, or raising the funds to make it possible (I believe the money’s already yours!), I’d love to help.
