Doers(!), multigenerational teams, folks with big ideas, writers and dreamers. Humans and companies that are actively building the world they want. It’s not about giving someone a fish OR teaching them to fish, it’s about building a completely different fishing industry!
At Stagecoach - annual tradition with my best friend + sister (which makes me sound much cooler AND much more country than I really am!)
My fave ways to find joy + ease:
Sitting in my yard, reading in my hammock, hiking with my pups, water (drinking/swimming/floating/kayaking), writing

Well, I created Helia so this is a bit awkward! Jess is a doer through and through - and bring years of experience learning (with all the successes and the failures) with a network of beautiful humans who share their wisdom and have taught her so much of what she gets to know.

Most of my direct client work is Hands On Thought Partnership mixed with a little bit of planning or interim support work on revenue, fundraising and strategy (often with Natalie Bergstrasser!)
